Who we are

Howling Cat Shop is a small Danish underground distribution business started in September 2023.
From time to time, we will also create merchandise of various kinds in collaboration with the artists involved. Yet our mission is not only to sell our own products but also whatever comes our way and seems worthy of distribution.

This can be particularly valuable information since we deal mostly in limited quantities. Don't worry, we won't flood your inbox with messages; we'll only write to you occasionally when there's something exciting to share.

EU: We use Postnord for shipping. On rare occasions, we may use DAO Global if the postage exceeds the initially calculated amount and it offers a better solution.
EVERYWHERE ELSE: We use Postnord exclusively. Sorry, no shipping to the US right now.
If you believe the postage for your item is incorrect, please contact us through the contact form, and we will double check it for you.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Parties
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from:

When you shop at Howling Cat Shop, you enter into an agreement with us as a company.

2. Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. The currency converter is merely meant as a guideline.
We accept payment by, for example, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay etc.

3. Delivery
We deliver to Denmark and the rest of the world, with the exception of the USA.
We normally aim to ship your order within 24 hours. After that, the delivery time depends on the postal service handling your package.
Goods are sent with, for example, PostNord or DAO to the delivery address you provide when placing your order.
If your package is delivered to a parcel shop and is not collected within the deadline and is therefore returned to us, return shipping will be charged if the order is to be re-sent.
It is also possible to collect orders from our physical shop in Guderup (Nordborg) by prior arrangement and thus save on shipping costs.

4. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us by e-mail at info@howlingcatshop.dk within the withdrawal period.
You then have 14 days to return the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.

5. Returns
The item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Complaints and Claims

You have up to 24 months to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, provided you report the issue within a reasonable time after discovering it.
If there are defects or faults with the item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@howlingcatshop.dk. We will then find a solution.

7. Dispute Resolution
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus.
